STOFFBERGS CATERING SERVICESwas started by my son, Jason in April 2016 to complement our vastly successful hiring business. Sadly, due to pressure at his place of work he decided to close the business late last year. Due to public and popular demand by previous clients I decided to revive the catering division within the Stoffberg`s hiring and catering franchise. .
To ensure maximum satisfaction at all times and the highest level of accountability and service excellence, I am in charge of the day to day logistics and administration of the company. With 32 years` experience in the hiring industry I`ve gained valuable knowledge of the catering business and how it operates.
The kitchen is run by executive chef Jonathan Bebe with 40 years` experience as executive chef in the SA Navy and very ably assisted by highly qualified assistant executive chef Frank Kitulu-Tambu and a host of kitchen hands and waitron staff always ready to be at your beg and call.
We specialise and cater for weddings, birthdays, matric balls, religious, sports club and end of year functions, funerals, spitbraais, platters etc. Prices include basic crockery, cutlery glassware and table linen. It also includes main table and a 3m backdrop décor.
Feel free to choose from a buffet selection of sumptuous home cooked meals based on traditional Cape and Cape Malay cuisine and a variety of mouth-watering meat, chicken, fish, cheese, pastry and sandwich platters, not to forget a selection of Spitbraai options. Breakfasts, lunches and brunches are also catered for.We are willing and able to customise our menus to suit your budget.
